Siner, also known as Mister Sinister, is an influential graffiti pioneer, muralist, and aerosol artist born and raised in Miami, Florida. Boasting over 40 years of active experience in street art culture, he is widely recognized as an "all city" veteran who helped shape the visual landscape of South Florida's graffiti movement from its early roots. He stands as a cornerstone member of the DME Crew, one of the oldest, most respected, and continuously active graffiti crews in Miami.

He also frequently collaborates with other foundational groups, representing over a century of combined street knowledge alongside legendary local crews like DAM and AIM. His artistic style is heavily anchored in classic 1990s hip-hop and graffiti subculture, frequently incorporating bold characters, clean letter typography, and sharp imagery inspired by influential rap eras. Siner covers multiple facets of the culture, ranging from fast-paced street handstyles and traditional tags to large-scale, complex production walls and live painting events.

He remains a prominent mural fixture in Miami's famous Wynwood Arts District, where his massive productions showcase the evolution of street vandals turning into celebrated public artists. Rather than fading out, Siner has successfully bridged the gap between underground street culture and the contemporary art market. He frequently collaborates with the prestigious Museum of Graffiti in Miami, which has tapped him to release exclusive, limited-edition apparel and prints reflecting his personal relationship with the city.
