FALOPAPAS

Néstor Augusto Turallas, known as Falopapas, is an Argentine visual artist born in La Plata in 1979 and currently based in Miami.
He holds a Bachelor's degree in Fine Arts from the National University of La Plata, where he has taught Visual Language II since 2006. Since 2005, Falopapas has dedicated his career to painting and public art. His solo exhibitions include Víctimas del Baile, Stalk, Sexting, and Wanted, along with a special exhibition featuring live interventions at Galería Cariló Arte Contemporáneo.
He has participated in numerous art festivals, including Ciudad Alterna, Kings de Arte, Provincia Emergente, Emergente CABA, and Rock en Baradero. Beyond galleries, Falopapas has developed an extensive body of work in public art, design, and large-scale cultural events, including stage and environmental designs for festivals and concerts, visual identity work, album artwork, music video appearances as a live painter, and urban art interventions throughout Argentina. In 2018, he completed one of the largest murals in New York City, spanning approximately 400 square meters in Crown Heights, Brooklyn.
The following year, he was honored by the City Council of La Plata as an Outstanding Cultural Personality.
